How to make Cinnamon coffee Cake?

We adopted the meal as written, baked it in a 13 x 9in cooking pan, which is usually a wonderful coffee dessert but with some small problems. Something to note usually I had to bake it for 75min since it was still completely uncooked at 60min (yes, I used an oven thermometer), as well as after 75min the center still isn't quite cooked so the next time I'll leave it inside oven just a little longer. Apart from that, the dessert has a good persistence and wonderful taste. The streusel level is a little messy (certainly not a bad thing), and I didn't have the problem that other reviewers had along with it being too powdery- actually mine ended up a touch too hard in parts, but most from it is tasty. The cinnamon-brown sugar layer adds a delightful flavour and it has a good consistency- it is my favourite area of the dessert! I am going to definitely make this once again, although next time I will cook it for 80-85min. This dessert is very easy to produce and keeps well so that it could be perfect to do a day beforehand, particularly because the dessert is a little more eggy-tasting on time 1 and I also think cooked items with cinnamon will taste better on time 2 anyhow.
