(makes 2 servings, about 9 oz each)

– 1/2 cup heavy cream

– 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
– 4 ounces espresso, hot
– cinnamon, recommended

In a blending bowl fitted with whisk accessory, whisk together heavy ointment and powdered sugar just until smooth peaks form (you don’t are interested as dense as regular whipped ointment). Put aside.
In a little saucepan over moderate temperature, whisk collectively milk, chocolate and granulated sugar until chocolate is melted. Bring to a boil, eliminate from heat.
Pour chocolate into two glasses. Add two ounces of espresso into each cup. Top with whipped lotion and sprinkle with cinnamon.
